HCMC Restaurant List Updates: April 20, 2023

Welcome to the first of what I hope will be a monthly update to my Ho Chi Minh City Restaurant List. It and these updates are for paid subscribers, and I hope adding colour to the list each month will make it both more useful and more interesting.

I’m excited to move the who/what/where/why of my eating adventures here. I have unease with Instagram at times, and I don’t want my recommendations to be misconstrued as a way to carry favour or for lack of better way to put it, “influence”-influence. I simply don’t think I have or want to have any in that sphere. And places I care about will know how I feel through means other than me posting a photo. Or at least I hope they will.

As I conveyed before, the list is meant to be purely functional, and my only intention is to help you find some mealtime joy. Today’s highlights run from pizza to pig brain, seitan to ceviche.
